Troubleshouting

There are several reasons why your SDK doesn't record trips. Please go through the list below to make sure you have done the integration and testing properly.

1. SDK installation has been completed

2. Necessary permissions have been granted
   Permissions in iOS
   Permissions in Android

3. The test trip meets the requirements.
